On the edge of the Étang de l'Olivier (220 ha) in a large landscaped garden with swimming pool, the apartment is rated 3 stars in the Furnished Tourism category. Quietly located on the 1st floor of our house, while being close to the old center of Istres, it has a unique view of the Étang de l'Olivier. The 50 m2 accommodation and its terrace have an entrance on the ground floor; it is almost independent of our own accommodation. Ideal for 2–3 people, it can accommodate up to 5.

You have a large independent room (access by independent staircase from the street) without cooking facilities. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchenette that does not require cooking. Exceptional view of the pond on the edge of a quiet pine forest. No parking in front of the house, however you have the option to drop off your things in front of the house but you will have to park your vehicle afterwards: free parking located 300 meters away.
