U prizemlju se nalazi prostrani dnevni boravak s potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom s izlaskom na terasu i ljetnu kuhinju u kojoj možete uživati u roštiljanju. Velika spavaća soba s pogledom na bazen i kupatilom u prizemlju. Na katu se nalaze još 2 spavaće sobe svaka s kupatilom. U svakoj sobi imate klima uređaj kao i TV-SAT. I na gornjem katu možete uživati i odmarati na terasi.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The big garden placed at the back of the house guarantees perfect summer nights, during which you can relax and cool off in the pool.
