Welcome to my listing, "Umi-Oyabun"! This is the owner, Shou. What kind of accommodation is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

You can enjoy a barbecue while looking out at the 28 m² natural lawn garden and herb garden from the 16 m² covered wooden deck facing south, directly connected to the living room. This is a simple, one-of-a-kind inn with a hint of the Showa era.From the second person, it is 4,500 yen.Feel free to use it with friends or on your own.There are dogs and cats on the☆ premises, so unfortunately it is difficult for people who are not good with animals to use it. From ☆the parking lot, walk 2 minutes along a narrow path that cars cannot pass, and there are slopes and stairs.(There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but unfortunately, it is difficult for people who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ accommodation.We recommend checking in after you have finished shopping. This is a Showa-era house in the countryside near Tsurigasaki Beach, close to Taitokai Beach in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. Please come by car or take a taxi from Daito Station. You can barbecue in the yard and it is well equipped. The garden is also a large property, so you can stay with your pets. Taitokai Beach, Yoro Valley, and Onjuku Coast are also nearby. It is a great place to stay in the summer. Usually it can accommodate up to 8 people, but from July to mid-September, it can accommodate up to 10 people. 10% off for 7 nights or more 40% off for 28 nights or more

Our inn is a remodeling of a 100 year old Japanese traditional house, and you can touch Japanese tradition through our inn. Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so pls do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.
