Welcome to my listing, "Umi-Oyabun"! This is the owner, Shou. What kind of accommodation is this? I don't have the vocabulary, so I'll quote and introduce reviews from guests. Honestly, it's a great private lodging that I wouldn't recommend to others. Best location A beautifully renovated old house with a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room, while smelling of the sea. The sea is close, 5 minutes. The supermarket is close, 2 minutes. Full support for sea leisure When you come back from the beach, 1. You can wash your tent and cooler box at the parking lot showers. 2. You can wash your whole body in the beautiful outdoor hot water shower. Shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are available. 3. If you wash and dry your swimsuit, it will be dry the next morning. The water pressure, cleanliness, and flow line design are perfect. Killer Content: Shichirin BBQ If you prepare the ingredients, you can enjoy a BBQ in the large garden. While enjoying the scent and heat of charcoal, if you look up, you can smell the cool scent of the sea breeze and grass at sunset. We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while drinking whiskey soda. I absolutely recommend it.

The concept is "Malibu Ichinomiya", a California resort where both adults and children can enjoy. If you open the window in the living room, you can find a 100-square-meter garden surrounded by nature. In addition to outdoor activities such as BBQs, barrel saunas, and bonfires, children and adults can fully enjoy activities such as petite soccer and badminton. It has a good view and is surrounded by a wood fence, so small children can play safely and can also be used as a small dog run. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is a great facility for a group of 2-3 families. The open living room and relaxing on the tropical wooden deck terrace are exceptional! We have a gas BBQ stove that you can use for free on the wooden deck♪ (with 1 can of gas can * 5 hours) Why not enjoy a BBQ while feeling the sea breeze in a space surrounded by a Hawaiian taste interior?Feel like a Hawaiian beach house with juices and baking sounds and aromatic aromas. This is a Showa-era house in the countryside near Tsurigasaki Beach, close to Taitokai Beach in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture. Please come by car or take a taxi from Daito Station. You can barbecue in the yard and it is well equipped. The garden is also a large property, so you can stay with your pets. Taitokai Beach, Yoro Valley, and Onjuku Coast are also nearby. It is a great place to stay in the summer. Usually it can accommodate up to 8 people, but from July to mid-September, it can accommodate up to 10 people. 10% off for 7 nights or more 40% off for 28 nights or more
