The guest house is a stylish, new, unique design home in an environment where we can pay attention to ourselves, the wonders of nature and our inner peace. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and electric heating. The gallery has a double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa. There is no TV, there are books, crickets, visible milky way, beautiful hiking trails. Beaches, Balatonfüred and Tihany are 10 minutes away. Pécsely is the peaceful pearl of the Balaton Uplands.

Tub bath getaway

A real treasure chest hidden among the traditional cellar rows of Gyarmat. The small cottage is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want a little peace and quiet. All this can be done next to a relaxing hot tub, with its own vegetable garden, fruit trees (depending on the season), a huge green garden and a beautiful panorama. If you are lucky, you can even see deer or rabbits jumping over it in the morning and evening hours.

Barátságos lakrészt kínálok egy családi ház első, teljesen különálló részében (egy szoba, konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba). A kert közös terület, de mégis különálló. Ideális 2 felnőtt részére a szállás, de ha szükséges, akkor egy gyerek még fotelágyon tud aludni. The guesthouse is ideal for couples, having a double bed. The two-floor house has a kitchen-dining room on the ground level with a bathroom meanwhile upstairs you can find the bedroom with direct terrace access. Panoramic spot with armchairs, grill, outdoor dining & parking facilities are available.

Small cottage by the woods

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
