Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. Cosy house -top of thé hill -spectaculaire seaview

Détendez-vous dans notre stazzu unique, tranquille, un vrai havre de paix. Un coup de foudre puis une rénovation avec amour pour le detail (mosaïque) pour vous accueillir ici dans notre petit paradis. Situé sur une colline avec vue quasi 360 ° sur la mer et la montagne. Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres. Vous n'êtes que à 5 min du tumulte touristique!

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.
