My space is located in Santa Julia, 18 km from downtown Itanhaem, 100 meters from the beach, with kiosks, a market and bakery nearby. You'll love my place because of the high ceilings, the pleasant, cozy ambiance, and the location. My place is good for families (with children) and medium groups. Everyone is welcome to share this place that makes us very happy. Electric fence and 24-hour patrol We have several environments and an amazing leisure area!

Casa super agradável, possui 4 suítes, piscina aquecida, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes(quartos e sala), dentro de um condominio fechado em frente a praia, super seguro, com quadra de tennis, quadra de futebol, academia, playground infantil, recreação e serviço de praia. A casa fica no início da segunda rua do condomínio, cerca de 80 metros da praia.
