It was the first time I used airbnb, I had no references other than people's references and reviews... so as this helped me a lot, I would like to give my sincere feedback: valerio extremely attentive, answering questions and giving tips... the apartment has nothing to talk about , those who book this apt will not regret... because everything has everything that is described and much more... for example the shower is excellent... outside the extremely perfect place for my stay with my 3-year-old baby, perfect for family, security easy locomotion... tranquillity! Great accommodation! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and care in the smallest detail. The house is excellent and perfectly served me and my family. I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed.
