Really nice place—clean, comfy, and in a great spot. Just a quick drive to Puregold and Market (3mins) and to the beach (5mins away) Rish (Host) and Ate Mich (caretaker) were easy to talk to and super helpful when we had to make a change. Would definitely stay again. ♡

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

Host is very thoughtful, all throughout our stay may free bread na masarap and the place is really spacious na pwede ka mag zumba sa sala. The kids really enjoyed the pool too and as a plus, they’re pet friendly. 💖 We’ll definitely book them again.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The property is really beautiful, aesthetically designed. Very private location with a small dip pool that our kids really enjoyed. Complete kitchenwares. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A short walking distance to the beach. A Thai resto nearby, Sen Lek Thai La Union, should not be missed. JF is a very kind host, and so is the staff Jayson who took care of our needs.

It's impossible to be more grateful and satisfied. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the best option for families, friends or groups. Privacy and tranquility are the best. The setting is beautiful, we felt right at home. We were able to cook since it is fully equipped and we were even provided with welcome basket and drinking water for the hot/cold dispenser. We felt safe and comfortable. Ate Grace, the villa keeper, is always attentive and willing to help with everything you need. The heated pool was a fav! You won't regret booking this paradise at all. Thank you for always welcoming us to the house and making our vacation the best experience. Can’t wait to book another trip!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

This has always been our top go-to place whenever we visit Baguio. The location is perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, everything is clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and accommodating. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be sharing this with all my friends and colleagues! Shoutout to Kuya Rocky for always being there and making sure all our needs are taken care of. The place was perfect for our family.. and it's perfect for families with small kids. It's definitely a child-friendly place. I greatly appreciated that there was even a high chair in the dining area ,some bunny rabbit bouncer toys in the living room, and a camping tent for outdoor adventures. We stayed here on our 2nd day in Baguio, and it was a great choice. We would like to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked. I highly recommend this place for small and big groups 😊 Family friendly too. Glad we found another place to stay when we’re in Baguio ♥️ Superhost 🫰🏻

Ms Jonalyn is very responsive. Place is so relaxing and walking distance to Wright Park and The Mansion. Wifi is fast and good for working people like me-plus there’s a designated area to work. Overall our stay in Baguio is good

Cathy’s place is truly impressive! It is exactly as depicted in the pictures! We were really in awe as soon as we walked in. The rustic feel, perfect choice of furniture and design, open concept and impeccable view through the floor to ceiling glass windows made the space very welcoming and inviting. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay,so much so that we spent most of our stay indoors (and at the rooftop deck!) Cathy is a very gracious host and responded promptly to all my inquiries. The place is great! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get in person. It’s very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage cabinets. Even the utensils are high quality, which shows they really put effort into making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The furniture is well-maintained, and the layout is spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One small piece of feedback is that the pillows in the receiving area had a slight smell. But overall, the place is fantastic—well worth the stay! I will definitely be coming back

The house was very cozy, my family felt really comfortable. I would like to extend my stay if only I can, lol. The house was clean, but the kitchen needs proper kitchen maintenance. The place is highly recommended, nevertheless.

Great place! The pictures describe how to get there, but it’s difficult to see. Tony provides instructions over the phone. However, here’s the lowdown - pin Moldex Residences in your nav app or tell the taxi driver. Once there, look to the left and you will see Aspulan. Look just ahead of Aspulan and you will see yellow/black wall. That is the driveway entrance. It’s quite steep, but trust the process. Go on down and you should see Tony or his partner / fellow co-hosts / helper(s) guiding you in. The unit is really awesome! Big sala, comfy seats, nice table for a family, and enough room to sleep 6. Nice kitchen and CR. Cool balcony. The stairs are kind of hard to handle for people with mobility issues but it’s not that bad. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Tony for a great stay!

Crispin was very responsive on all of our queries. On the other hand, kuya Rodel was very helpful and responsive when we need assistance during our stay. The place was very peaceful and has a nice view! We’ll definitely go back again!

The house is perfect for a big group with its several bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has two dining tables, complete with ref, microwave and things you can use for cooking and eating. The house has its own grotto, basketball court and billiard table. It has a city view balcony and quite a huge parking. The caretaker, Ate Fe, is very helpful and friendly. You just need to be prepared to drive up the steep ramp to get to the house.

Had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the mountains. Cozy place great for family stay.
