Our 80 m2 house, located in a 700 m2 garden, has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a conservatory, a heated pool, 24-hour hot water, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, a TV, an iron, an ironing board, a baby cot, a high chair, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, a barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is not active between 15 June and 30 September.

Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)
