Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. This unique top gallery apartment Condor is only 100 meters from the sea, completely renewed, fully equipped on the top floor of our old stone house. It is stylish it is functional, clean and beautiful. All the infrastructure you need within a radius of 200 meters. Try, fell, smell and listen the old town of Izola, you will love it. Paid parking available at Ladjedelnica parking from 8 eur per day, 11 minutes walk 800m away. 40€ Cleaning, sheets, towels+tax is extra charged.

Very charming apartment in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea : nice and rare terrace with wonderful and direct Adriatic seaview ! Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

Unique Spacious Sea View apt with Rooftop Terrace

A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep eight. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town. Pets are welcome upon request and we charge a special cleaning fee .

House have a self entrance for studio. With one bed (90x200), one double bed (160x200), one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with one cooker, coffee maker and mini fridge. Bed sheets and towels are included. Free WiFi . 1 min walk from beach. You can find a shop with all you need around the corner or visit colourful market, bakery & good restaurants within 5 min. The House is near bus station. NO PARKING!!!

L'appartamento gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare, perfetto per una colazione in terrazza o per una cena romantica durante un weekend o per le vacanze estive. Silenzioso per riposare cullati dalle onde del mare, vi sembrerà di essere in barca. The studio is situated in a calm neighbourhood. It has its own entrance and a nice garden with a view on the sea. In front of the house on the left is your free parking lot. There are small markets in the vicinity. Once here, you will get bed sheets and towels. There is tourist tax (2,5 Eur per person/day) to be payed.
