The property is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and features a Smart TV, making it ideal for long-term stays, whether for workation or as a base for exploring Izu. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove (gas), cooking utensils, dishes and simple seasonings. We also have a wide range of free rental items available for guests.Bicycles, kickboards, etc. are available for free, so please feel free to use them for strolls during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please check the house rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please check the house rules for smoking areas. Access is a 3-minute walk from Iruita bus stop, which is a 10-minute bus ride from Izukyu Shimoda Station, or about 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station.
