Over an area of approximately 95 square metres on the ground floor, there is a kitchen-diner with a smart TV (guests can log in to the usual streaming services using their own access details), a bright shower room with a washing machine, and a small hallway. Upstairs, in addition to a hallway with a play area and a changing table, there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a cheerfully furnished room with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a single bed and an 'emergency sleeping space' for a sixth person.

Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m².
