Ferienhaus mit Garten für 4 Personen. Im EG wartet ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin und SMART-TV auf euch sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche und ein Gäste-WC. Im DG stehen 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett und SMART-TV, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC, Waschtisch und Dusche bereit. Der Garten bietet eine Südterrasse, einen ganzjährig beheizten Outdoor-Whirlpool, eine Fass-Sauna, eine Gartendusche (von April bis Oktober), einen Schuppen sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze.

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Villa am See (Sauna, Whirlpool)

Du erreichst die 120 qm freistehende Villa auf einem 490 qm Garten über eine Privatstraße. In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Sietow is a small village located exactly in the city triangle of Röbel/Müritz, Waren (Müritz) and Malchow. Here you will find everything you need to feel good...beautiful beaches, a well-developed network of bike paths, a spa center with a gym and an indoor swimming pool nearby, a lot of opportunities for water sports and of course a lot of nature. Various animal parks and museums within easy reach complete the offer.

Die ca. 45 qm große Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen Wohnraum (Schlafcouch – Aufbettung für 2 Pers., Flachbild-TV, Radio-CD-Player, Essecke) mit offener Küche (E-Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, Geschirrspüler, div. Küchenkleingeräte), einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), ein Bad (Dusche, WC), eine Diele sowie über eine möblierte Terrasse.

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family
