The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

Das Haus gibt mit großen Fensterfronten die Bühne frei für das großartige Schauspiel der Natur. Ein Ort, Seele und Beine baumeln zu lassen. Im Erdgeschoss lädt ein großzügiger Wohnbereich zum Lesen und zu Gesprächen am Kamin ein. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für Tafelrunden und Spielabende. Ein Holzkaminofen im EG heizt im Winter das ganze Haus, im Sommer locken große Terrassen nach draußen! Eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage steht bereit.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo and a riding facility. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019.
