This place was absolutely amazing! It was clean and pristine, just like in the photos. My family has a great time. The location was great! It was tucked away, but also right near 435, 71, 50, and 49 Highways. There is a shopping plaza 4 mins away that has everything that you need. Kari was super responsive to any need that I had. I travel to KC yearly and I'd love to stay here every time!

Emily was very responsive and accommodating! Her home was beautiful and very clean, which made us feel right at home. It is located in a very quiet area, but just a short drive from downtown restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

The home was well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a 3 night volleyball tournament and it was so accessible to everything downtown by walking or riding the trolley. The space was so clean and comfy, felt right at home. Very secure building with security guards on duty at all hours. Little bummed the basketball court wasn't accessible or the workout area, but my boys spent many hours playing pool and air hockey when given the chance. Also utilized the 24hr snack / bakery area that was also in-house. Would absolutely recommend and stay again when in KC.

Chris was an excellent host, provided detailed directions on accessing the garage and check in process. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views and very quiet on our floor. Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

Christine was remarkably responsive when we had questions or issues. The unit is cozy and well appointed. It felt like a nice HOME. This was our first real road trip with our young children and it was the perfect place for us. Peaceful, spacious, and full of any supplies needed. The three bedrooms gave us a lot of flexibility for where we put them. We put the kiddos and their pack-and-plays in the darkest room, which may have had the biggest bed, so my wife and shared a bed that might have been slightly small for us, but that's on us. Nevertheless, Kansas City has a lot of family friendly activities and we would count ourselves lucky if we were able to rent from Christine again.

Stayed for three days during a work trip. The apartment was extremely nice - clean with a great view and easy access. The location is great for anyone visiting Kansas City. I'd happily stay here again.

This is a wonderful and perfect location in one of the most awesome areas of Kansas City, Union Hill. The neighborhood is amazing and situated close to great food, drinks, and entertainment. Downtown is just minutes away! This place is perfect and peaceful and has every amenity and comfort that you need to feel right at home! The host is super responsive and made sure my stay was terrific. I look forward to returning to visit in the near future! Thank you very much for a great stay!

We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our little family! It was within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. We loved the patio. Trenton was extremely responsive and helpful!

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy access to the KC street car. The home was spacious and had a very modern feel to it. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great, convenient spot that was perfect for a short stay while I transitioned to a longer term place in Kansas City. Could easily have stayed longer though. Great living space and view over the Plaza. Adam is a great communicator and made things really easy.

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
