Dear vacationers, I am opening the doors of my 230 m² family home located in the heart of the village. A large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room open to the garden. The swimming pool and its barbecue area will enchant your summer meals. Thanks to an exceptional geographical location, you will be at the gates of the Petite Camargue, 15 minutes from the historic center of Montpellier, 20 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes walk from the village lake. Parties are forbidden.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Comfortable 40 m² independent 2-room apartment, with terrace and petanque court, located in villa and pine forest on the edge of the forest, all 20 minutes from the beaches, airport and TGV stations. The apartment is located in a discreet location, in a cul-de-sac, with parking spaces and close to a shopping area (supermarket, fast food, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and laundromat). Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.

Independent F2: Park at the property; pack your bags in your apartment , being part of our bastide. Bright , functional and quiet it offers a comfortable surface and keeps your privacy . The large glass window will allow you to easily access the garden through the "fitness area". Montpellier is 5 km away, the center 8 km, the tram at station L 5. Clapiers is 5 minutes by car, bus 23 in front of the apartment. You can ask us for any special help.

However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.
