With an area of 70 m² and completely renovated, it includes: - a living room/equipped kitchen, - a bathroom, - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, - 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds (which can be combined to make a large double bed), - 1 small bedroom with a 90 cm single bed. Maximum capacity of 4/5 people. Parking is available on the street.

The F2 type apartment is quietly located in a secure residence. On the 4th floor without elevator, the apartment has unobstructed views of the park of the residence on the bedroom side. The apartment consists of kitchen/dining room, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and small living room that serves all rooms. The kitchen and bedroom have a large window, the small living room with a small window. The apartment does not have wifi. No smoking in the unit.

Small but clean, comfortable and well laid out. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.
