Welcome to my apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. Bedroom with large double bed, extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Free parking upon registration, which I can arrange. Only 15 minutes by car to the city centre. For public transport travellers, it is a three-minute walk to the bus stop. From there it takes 10 minutes by bus to Sirkus Shopping Center where there is a further transition to the city center which takes 10 minutes. There are great hiking opportunities nearby.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and child-friendly residence. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60 m2. The garden is open and convenient for playing. There is almost no traffic in the area while there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the forest that is nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + access to electric car charger. Children's equipment (see last picture) can be arranged for a small addition to the price.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Cosy studio unit with private entrance

We are 8 mins walk from the Fortunalia bus stop. Bus number 10 has a direct connection to the city centre passing Sirkus, Solsiden, Trondheim S station. Convenient if you don’t want to pay for expensive parking in the city and stressful driving in city.. If you come via train, bus number 10 will also pass by Trondheim S station and good connectivity til Leangen. Walking distance to the forest (Estenstamarka), Dragvoll NTNU and bus stop (Fortunalia). Parking is 5 mins away.

Forbord Dome

"Forbord Dome" er en eksklusiv glampingopplevelse for to personer i hjertet av naturen. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be set up for one or two people in addition. Lake view and exit to the garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and hiking areas nearby. Short distance to the store and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city center.

Nice apartment in quiet surroundings - short distance to Trondheim city center. The apartment is 90 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed(210) and a bedroom with 120 bed. A floor mattress can be provided if needed. Guests must bring bed linen and towel themselves. There is a nice cat living in the apartment who will need easy care.

Convenient apartment on the 2nd floor with its own exterior stairwell. 8 km to the city center and Bus stop 3 minutes walk away. Possibility of free parking in the garage. 2 bedrooms where it can accommodate 3 people (max 4). Private kitchen (newly painted as of April 2026), with most of the essentials in place for preparing meals.

Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
