Close to the mountains of the Cantalian volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, medical practice, gas station). Gite 2 stars renovated in 2018 in the house owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

This countryside home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in Cantal, 7 min from Mauriac. Quality renovation, alliance of chic and country. Large shaded garden Pets are allowed, for an additional €20. Don't forget to mention it when booking. We provide one large and one small towel per person, as well as one shower mat per bathroom. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Quiet small independent chalet.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.
