Charming cottage, located in an 18th century half-timbered townhouse, will bring you serenity and calm. Châteaugiron, a small town of character in Brittany, 12 km from Rennes, a city of history, will delight you with all its shops and its dynamism. With an area of approximately 75 m2, you will be completely independent thanks to its many amenities: laundry room with washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms each with its own shower, 2 toilets, Wi-Fi and TV.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center. A west-facing balcony that can accommodate two or three people overlooks the street. GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
