It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

The villa is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends Nearby you will find tourist attractions: Aubigny-sur-Nère 10 minutes away, La Borne (potters' village) 20 minutes away, Bourges and Vierzon 30 minutes away, Sancerre and its vineyards 40 minutes away.

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.
