At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

Our home is the perfect spot for a romantic gateway or a practical starting point to discover the region. Bright and cozy, with particular attention to all details, this place will delight all design lovers. Get immersed in the silence of nature with all its beauty, its colours and the smell.

House by the stream

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

"Chez Sophie" Longhouse for 6/8 people.

Offering an exceptional setting in the heart of Pays Fort, close to Sologne, the "Chez Sophie" gîte is a haven of peace close to Vailly sur Sauldre (7 km), Aubigny sur Nère (10 min), Sancerre (20 min), La Borne (potter village 20 min away) without forgetting the omnipresent forest, that of Ivoy and its Château de la Verrerie 5 min away. Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

Bulle&Rêves vous invite le temps d’une nuit sous les étoiles. Au cœur des forêts de Sologne, à l’ombre des pins et des chênes, au royaume du renard, du chevreuil et du sanglier, profitez de l'expérience unique de dormir sous les étoiles grâce à la vue panoramique offerte par les parois transparentes de la bulle. Son intérieur élégant et confortable vous accueille avec un lit douillet, une kitchenette et une salle de bains privative à quelques dizaines de mètres.

Château de Rivaulde Apartment

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

L'écrin boisé – Cabin with hot tub

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

Charming studio at the top of a hill

30m² studio in a former farmhouse perched on a vineyard hilltop, surrounded by woodland, combining the charm of the past with comfort and contemporary design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams and a fireplace (not functional), featuring a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140x200 double bed with a brand new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet designed specifically for the studio.

Country House

Cédric, cook and Margault, wine sommelier welcome you to their large country house, located on the edge of the forest and close to the vineyard of Menetou-Salon, between Bourges and Vierzon. Modern comfort, petanque court, spa, billiards, darts, foosball and many other games available. Ideal for family or friend gatherings. Cellar visits (Menetou-Salon, Sancerre, Quincy...), tasting workshops, meals and cooking classes organized on request.

Waterfront

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.

Gîte les Sureaux

Nestled between the Sancerrois vineyard and the groves of the Pays Fort, come and discover our pretty little village house located in Sens Beaujeu. Newly renovated, our house is ideally located 12 minutes from Sancerre and 18 minutes from the Loire and its wild landscapes. You can enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside and recharge your batteries in a house combining modern comfort and old-world charm.
