A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerre region, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. Village church listed as a historic monument. Tour of the wineries with tasting, 200 metres from the cottage. A connection for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Ideal for relaxing, you will stay in a completely renovated Longère, located at the end of a small communal road without traffic.

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
