At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned during rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining room and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the bed base and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful plot with swimming pool and pond completes this place. A peaceful haven in a quiet and green environment. 15 min. from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris

La Petite Vigne

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. The historic town with its fine architecture, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Recently renovated old house and furnished to offer comfortable, well equipped accommodation. La Petite Vigne is tucked away in a quiet residential quarter with some lovely views of the vineyards.

Maison Figuier

Maison les Valots: a detached house in an English cottage style. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading to the shower room and WC, followed by a kitchen and a living room with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there is a bedroom and two single beds on the landing. The house is located in a former farmhouse with a large, wooded garden covering 3 hectares and a private saltwater swimming pool on the property, shared with a second gîte (open June–September). Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

O'gite Sancerrois

Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.

THE VINEYARD COTTAGE

In the heart of the Sancerre vineyard, with views of the vineyards, get away from it all as a couple or with family for a weekend or more..., in a friendly and rustic setting in a region famous for its wine and beauty. From the cottage, you can go for a walk directly in the vineyard. During your stay, we will be happy to organize a tasting of our Sancerres as well as a visit to our cellar.
