The entrance hall has access to the living room which is walk-through and further access to the bedroom. There is a fold out couch in the living room, a bed in the bedroom. Outside, everything you need for grilling. The price includes the use of the gym 1h (time to be agreed in advance). Outdoor stadium and basketball court are in use for yard activities. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

Majas kõik mugavused - wc, dušš, köögitehnika, potid-pannid, söögiriistad ja -nõud jms. Elutoas suur söögilaud ja diivan. Õues kasutamiseks on söegrill, terrassiala, muruplats erinevateks õuemängudeks. Lisatasu eest pakume mõnusat ovaalsauna, mis mahutab korraga lavale 4-5 inimest.
