Tina and David were great hosts. They thought of everything and were extremely accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and close enough to Whiteman AFB which was nice. The kids enjoyed the animals and the trampoline. Our youngest used one of the toy dump trucks and played in the rocks. Thanks for a great stay!

great place to stay in downtown Columbia! very clean and in a quiet area

My husband, two dogs and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The space was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for us and our pups to spread out. The location was just a little outside of town, but close enough to get downtown in less than 15 mins. We were in town for a show at a blue Notw, but managed to try two new places we’d recommend— Goldie’s bagels and Endwell Taverna— both very good! The only negative is as totally out of anyone’s control— the terrible rainy weather prevented us from using the backyard much— guess we will have to come back when it’s sunny!

Cynthia is an exceptionally gifted host. Her home has the most well equipped kitchen we have visited. You could make a Thanksgiving meal from scratch with the array of pots, pans, appliances, dishes and utensils she provides. The home is wonderfully suited for a family with toys, games, books, a large and lush backyard and three comfortable bedrooms. The snack station is a thoughtful and generous amenity. With her bountiful supplies, Cynthia anticipates seemingly every need a guest may have. What an appealing stay!

The house was exactly as listed and the slip worked perfectly for our boat. Beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities and then some. Grocery store is only 7min away and we were able to grill out on the deck. Watching the sunrise every morning was amazing! The dogs really enjoyed their walks in the quiet neighborhood. The dead end road on cedar point had little to no traffic. Everyone had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay again!! What a lovely spot on the lake!

Had a lovely stay at Alan's place! Had a small issue when we first arrived and Alan was very responsive and quick to propose solutions. The area is absolutely sublime, our dogs had fun chasing ducks off the little beach, the sunsets and stars at night were incredible, and the home was incredibly comfortable.

Nice play to stay after attending concert in town. House is as advertised. Actually seems bigger than pictured. Screened in porch was great for sitting outside. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and lot’s of local info available for dinner ideas. Fun decor.

This place was absolutely immaculate and we loved our stay here. We had six people in our party and it accommodated us well. even had a room for more! The directions were clear and the home was amazing. If I absolutely had to pick one downfall, it would be the fact that we were asked to strip the beds even though they have $150 cleaning fee, to me for one night. it just seems a little excessive but I understand their policy is their policy. I definitely would recommend this home to anyone visiting Columbia. Definitely one of the best be airbnbs I've seen!

It was a really great relaxing stay for us all! This is our 3rd stay here and we are already looking at our calendars for our next stay! Heidi was so easy to communicate with and responded so quickly with the coffee maker problems we had! She had a new one sent right to our room!! It’s so beautiful on the inside and the huge outdoor space looking over the lake is the best view we’ve ever seen at the lake. We highly recommend this condo for a fun vacation or getaway!!

We just returned from a fantastic spring break at Kathleen's residence in Margaritaville! The space was perfect for our family of five and our beagle! The residence itself is beautifully appointed, offering plenty of space for our family. The open layout provided a perfect setting for family bonding, while the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed lounging in the private hot tub and exploring nearby attractions. Kathleen was an outstanding host, always available to help and provide local tips. Overall, we had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Kathleen's residence and can't wait to return!

Peaceful and a remarkable place to relax and unwind. Plenty of open area windows for a scenic view and more rooms available than we could use. Brian was responsive and even replaced the grill for us during our stay. My gf and I will be back for sure.

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

I decided to take my kids on a last minute spring break trip and was happy to find this great deal! There were no hidden fees which was a plus! There was lots a sleeping space for everyone and the location and view was perfect! We came in the spring so the water was too cold to enjoy but we still floated in our inflatable boat! Lol we couldn’t find a thing to do besides a cave tour which was pretty neat but pricey for a big family. The only thing we were able to do was shop a little and eat good! I was disappointed at how boring the ozarks was this time of year! But it had nothing to do with the home or the location of it. Everything was nice and clean, we just came at the wrong time I guess! There were at least 2 swimming pools on the property but they were both closed for the season. Once I do more research about things to do at the Ozarks, we will likely be back and rent from Kurt and Peggy again if the home is available! Overall good experience, just boring in March! Lol

Very nice 3 bedroom/3bathroom condo. Beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table too!

The house accommodated our group of 8 adults perfectly. (We stayed before the garage remodel was completed.) Loved having the private dock and boat slip. Public boat ramp with long-term trailer parking was close and east to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet little cabin with everything we needed for two nights. Everything well planned out to maximize small space.

Such a great stay, responsive and kind hosts! Felt right at home here! Everything was clean and beds were so comfortable, was raining most days of our trip so sitting in watching tv was great too! 10/10 recommend!

Karen was wonderful to work with, flexible and communicative. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Backyard and deck area were perfect for morning coffee and evening unwinding. Basement bar area with darts was a bonus hangout area.

I really enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect place to relax and kick back for the weekend.

This was a great stay for us and close to State Tech where we were visiting. House was clean and the views were gorgeous. Keith was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. They have everything we needed and even had a little basket of snacks and treat for the dogs which was a nice gesture especially after a long drive! We love that we got to bring our dogs along and enjoy a peaceful weekend with us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We loved it here! Erin was so kind to allow us to stay at her beautiful home. It was a great area to spend our Spring Break. Erin was super communicative, helpful, and understanding. The house was also such a great deal for the price we got it at! Overall, would highly suggest anyone looking in the area to check Erin’s place out. Tons of fun!

It meets the basics. A clean place to stay, a place for dogs to do their business in the backyard, couches and working appliances. The backyard is sloped and the front yard is very close to the road- so make sure your dog is well trained. Because walking the dog on the slope on a leash is a challenge. Bring your own amenities- such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Bring a camp chair to sit on the back porch to enjoy the peaceful noises of nature! We spotted a couple of deer. Communicative hosts and an overall good stay.
