The nearest ski resort is under an hour away for winter sports enthusiasts. A 5-minute walk takes you to Crown Hill Park, a 200-acre open space with a renowned wildlife preserve.

Renovated lower level one bedroom unit, with a separate coded side entrance and off street parking. It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

Enjoy your stay in our comfortable and quiet carriage house! Located less than a half mile away from Sloan’s lake and Edgewater public market, both great places to enjoy the beautiful CO scenery! Sloan’s lake has a wonderful 2.5 mile trail loop with a view of the Rockies that you can enjoy biking, walking, or running. Edgewater public market has lots of great food and you can also enjoy some local brew! Downtown is an easy 10 minute Uber ride directly east on Colfax.
