Goh’s place looks exactly like the photos clean, cozy, and well-prepared. She was quick to respond to any questions I had, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Very professional and friendly management team. Checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed, and very quickly provided new towels and some extra cooking utensils when requested. There was a Penang-wide water shortage for about a day during my stay. The building itself had 2 days of water in reserve, and the team delivered a large bucket to fill for the toilet just in case the shortage went on longer than expected. Overall highly organized and considerate. The apartment itself has a great view of water and mountains from the bedroom window, and I think that during the day the whole apartment has a lot more natural light than the photos suggest. All the small decorations also create a cozy atmosphere. The condo was quite a bit cheaper than air bnbs nearer to the center of Georgetown, and Grabs are so cheap that I think it’s well worth saving some money by being just 10 minutes away.
