I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Aber auch zu den grünen Inseln der Erholung wie im Botanischen Garten, am Saalestrand und im Paradiespark, die durch einen kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen sind. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

The guest flat is located on the top floor of a two-family house, about 1 km (about 10–12 minutes' walk) from the city centre. It has a separate entrance and includes everything you need to feel comfortable. We provide free parking on the property. The local transport connection is right on the doorstep, and Paradiespark, Jena's Kernberge and hiking trails are just a few minutes' walk away.

The trendy district, with pubs and small shops, is only a few minutes' walk away.
