Wonderful experience for our family. Staying in this ancient, conveniently located, but sweetly tucked-away abode was a unique and precious travel back in time for us. Shlomo was amazingly accommodating, hospitable, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience a private, genuine Old City stay.

We just got back from our stay at Elisheva and Amir's apartment and it was perfect for us (two families with 3 children between us). Elisheva and Amir were very flexible and communicative. They were also gracious and immediately able to guide us when we blew a fuse the first night. The locations is very good -- if you cut through the parking lot the First Station is 5 minutes away. The proximity to Hebron road is also very handy for those with a car. Since we had 3 young children we drove to the Jaffa gate in less than 10 minutes and parked there all day for about $11 day. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is a family home, not a vacation rental, so it is "lived in." Be prepared to keep the kitchen kosher.

I had a fantastic week staying at Old City Home, located just minutes from the Damascus Gate in the heart of the Old City. The location couldn’t be better—everything you need is within walking distance. The house was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe. It was the perfect way to immerse myself in the vibrant life of the Old City and get to know the people who work and live there. The tram stop just outside the Damascus Gate made it easy to explore the rest of the city as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Overall value is extraordinary. The amount of space (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, full bath), amenities (washing machine & dryer -- as well as stocked kitchen, TV cable) and location-- can't be beat! The living room is a comfy space to read or watch Netflix, Prime, etc.... There is all the hot water one could wish for (critical in winter in Jerusalem) and many plants and artwork that make it extra-homey. Though in the center of the city, it is both private and quiet. Easy to get around via public transport -- bus or light rail, but also walkable to anything one would need. Less than 15-min walk to Old City. Mamilla even closer. Mahane Yehuda is a short walk up the street the other way. Tons of restaurants, stores and artisans nearby. Daniel is an accommodating, welcoming and responsive host. I would book this place again in a heartbeat and sincerely hope I get to do so again soon.

The house itself is an absolute gem—cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with positive energy. We left with not just wonderful memories of Jerusalem, but also with a feeling of deep gratitude for Ilana’s hospitality. We stayed at this accommodation for 2 nights to participate in the Palestine Marathon. We were first caught by surprise, because the apartment was in Beit Sahour... not on Beit Sahour Street in Bethlehem, like the map said on the airbnb website. After finding out about our disappointment, Jessica made her utmost effort to help us out and arranged a couple of local taxies (and I must say this was a very good taxi company) to go to the manger square in the morning of the marathon. Although Jessica was not in Bethlehem during our stay, she was very responsive, flexible, and hospitable. The place was very clean, spacious, quiet, and with an excellent view. There was a really nice & cheap bakery in walking distance. g**gle map showed a couple of non-existing roads in the neighborhood (as it does in many other parts of the West Bank), so finding the place could be a struggle. Wifi could have been better, but overall, very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great stay here and the location was perfect! Easy to walk to places we liked or to the Light Rail stop. Big enough for the 4 of us with room to spread out. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit to Jerusalem.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable on a very quiet side street. The only drawback is that there is no central heating. There are heating fans in all the rooms and they were OK but a bit noisy. Nitza was always available, and very helpful.

Super clean fully furnished and really bright apartment! The rooms, beds are very comfortable as is the desk for work. Location is perfect for me is in a good neighborhood, near to old city and Talitha Kumi Educational Center(German school) where my children visit this school. All is clear and Elias and his family are great, always available and ready to make the stay more comfortable. I feel right at home.
