The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. The house is pet friendly and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Hyams Beach and Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.

Recently Renovated one bedroom cottage with open plan living and spacious covered verandas at the front and rear of the cottage. Our cottage is also hidden away from the most hectic and busy locations of Huskisson - Vincentia. Minimum stay is 2 night except on Saturdays.
