The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will find the cottage near the Severák ski resort and at the starting point of the Jizera Magistrale. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom.
