The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The cottage is built in a forest where anyone who loves nature can relax. The cottage includes a small wine bar where you can use the furniture, create a seating area in front of the cottage or in all corners of the forest. Parking right at the cottage. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

The apartment is on the loft floor of a family house. The entire loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment that can be used year-round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other equipment is partly old preserved, partly restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.
