Here, you have the opportunity to recharge your batteries in an otherwise hectic everyday life, whether by snuggling up on the sofa under a blanket, watching TV, or enjoying some time by the fire with a hot drink in a mug or a cold drink in a glass. Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

Can, for example, fit two families with children who want to stay together. 5 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom with a narrow (150 cm) double bed, 1 bedroom with a family bunk bed (120 cm down and 75 cm up), and two bedrooms with single beds up on the 2nd floor. (Note - narrow staircase up) Baby crib and high chair can be provided upon request. Two toilets and a shower (refurbished 2019). Washing machine in the basement.
