We love Claudinei's house. We spent a very quiet holiday, we had a lot of fun. The house is impeccable, more beautiful than in the photos, it exceeded our expectations. The house is new with excellent finish, comfortable beds, well planned bedrooms and bathrooms and a very well-equipped laundry with washing machine, ironing table and a great tank. Delicious Pool, the leisure area is otima Well equipped kitchen, great barbecue. Claudinei got us in and gave us all the details in detail. We responded to our messages immediately. And his wife also very attentive and friendly. Quiet place, quiet, well located. Super we recommend. We want to return

The accommodation corresponds exactly to what is shown in the photos: a simple but cozy stay. A suggestion for improvement would be the signage of the entrance of the house, which can be a bit difficult to locate on the first arrival. The location, however, is excellent — a few meters away is a beautiful river, as well as being the starting point for some of the most charming waterfalls in the region. The land is full of fruit trees and springs, which provides a pleasant rural atmosphere. On one of the days, there was another family in the attached house, the parking lot is somewhat limited, which was not a problem for us because we were on a motorcycle, but it can be a point of attention for those who come in more than one car.

We booked for a weekend, and I wish I'd booked for a month,rs. Pedro and his girlfriend were kind and considerate to us! The place where the Beira Rio house is located is perfect and has a private waterfall just steps away. The house is cozy, with an incredible view and the only noise you hear, it's from nature, which, by the way, was worth it in Serra dos Alves, where you go , there are waterfalls and more waterfalls, so we must treat the place with zeal! It's my third time in the Serra and if you didn't, you should go. I feel at home there!

The intention was to rest and disconnect from everything. The experience was beyond that due to the kindness, hospitality and education of Pedro, our host. We had 100% privacy and freedom in the house and around. We didn't miss anything and the house is a charm, full of green around and you can hear the noise of the waterfalls all the time, which gives a lot of peace. It is a reserved place where we can go to the waterfall several times and only we had. The house and its entire structure is like something of the style it should be: simple, rustic, very comfortable, very clean and functional. Certainly a place I'll come back to.

The stay was amazing. I went to work with three more colleagues, all praised the house, and the service provided by the host. All rooms clean, with well washed and smelling bedding and towels. Working TV and warm shower. Large and spacious home. A great accommodation.

The house is small but functional. I stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend and it was great. Everything was clean and organized. Pedro was helpful and helped us with everything we needed. There is a very nice restaurant very close to the house.

Very good house, large space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, everything was extremely clean. We used the kitchen and outdoor area, they had all the necessary items. It is very close to the central part of the city, restaurants and surrounding bars. Claudinei has guided us in what we need, we take great advantage of the city and his space.

It greatly exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, Fernando proved to be a very attentive person, giving the necessary instructions so that everything went well. We had no issues at all. The accommodation was impeccable, everything very clean and fragrant. The photos are very true to life. I found it quite spacious, beautiful, complete and equipped, which perfectly met our needs. My husband and I felt at home. The location is great, being close to the church, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery etc. which allowed us to walk out many times.

The stay was great! Well-equipped house and delivered clean! The only suggestion is to take repellents because the night is quite pernilongo.

Great accommodation in Serra dos Alves! The house is much bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. The village accommodates a good group. Since in the region there is no cell phone signal, I recommend in advance (at most before leaving ipoema) contact with the employee who is responsible for the check-in to arrange the withdrawal of the key. I recommend it.

Wonderful place, first time in João Monlevade the house in a very well located place, all close to the house. Very cozy house, I felt at home, super friendly hosts, wonderful people. Voltaria for sure ❤️
