Hygge (hue-gah) is a Danish concept which translates to a calm and comfortable space and time with friends and family (or by yourself), in an atmosphere of warmth, well-being and coziness. Hygge Headquarters is located in the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. We are 30 minutes or less from Lake George and many other recreational activities such as railbiking, skiing, hiking, fishing, kayaking, public hunting land and white water rafting. Camp Shady - in the Adirondacks

Camp Shady is nestled on a few acres of pristine land with a stocked Trout Stream running thru the property. There is a great big fire pit with wood to burn, horseshoe pits and massive pines around the property. It has been all remodeled and is ten minutes from Gore Mountain. There is a television with lots of DVD's, access to the internet & cell phone reception on the premises. There is a landline, board games, and an JBL speaker to play your music thru. Get unplugged, paradise awaits!
