A hidden gem in the middle of nature! The cabin was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. Our stay in this cabin surrounded by trees was excellent. The place is even more beautiful in person, with spectacular views, clean and cozy spaces, and an atmosphere of total tranquility. Perfect for disconnecting and enjoying with family or friends. The host was very attentive and made sure we made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back! Highly recommended for those looking for peace, fresh air and natural beauty.

We had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable, spacious, beautiful, private and modern. Kitchen had all utensils needed. We were able to see and heard birds, and monkeys. The best was a little walking distance from a peaceful, beautiful beach. Cinzia, was quick to respond and answered all our questions, so kind and helpful. We just loved her place and we are planning to came back again 🌸❤️🌺 Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso, El lugar es cómodo, Espacioso hermoso y privado. La cocina tenía todos los utensilios necesarios. Pudimos ver y oír pájaros y los monos. Lo mejor de todo es que la playa estaba a una distancia muy corta nos íbamos caminando. This was my second stay there, and it was just as great as the 1st visit - Great location - Highly recommend !! Walking distance to the main street which has plenty restaurants shops, and places to get a water taxi to visit the other close islands and the Floating Bar. We will be back again !!

Our stay was amazing! I would definitely stay there again without a doubt. Canzio and Barbara were extremely accommodating and great people overall. Do not hesitate to stay here if you love nature and wildlife—monkeys will visit you—they are really cute and love bananas. The Airbnb is a 10/10. Thank you Canzio and Barbara we will see you again.

Cecilia and her husband are wonderful hosts; very friendly and responsive. The apartment is located in a beautiful location where jungle and beach intersect. It is very peaceful. Beautiful sunrises. There are a few very good restaurants within walking distance and Bocas town is a very short drive or long walk ( I did walk it once). A couple things I really appreciated that I wish more Airbnbs did were the non-toxic stainless steal cookware and a yoga mat that were provided. If I return to Bocas I will look for this listing’s availability.

I loved the place! really peaceful with beautiful gardens. It rained a lot, but that's tje Caribbean in CR. The place is really closed to restaurants and beaches. You can go by car or bike. The kitchen has the necessary. I will come back definitely

One of the best places I’ve ever been to, fell in love with the “rinconcito” forever already planning on our next time there… soooo cozy clean, Prestine, ideal for a romantic get away gives you the sensation of being in a luxury and secluded piece of paradise with the clear waters and golden sand of a private island type of feeling…. Definitely Top list place from now on.

This was our second year staying at Lara’s … it is perfect for our annual month long stay in the Puerto Viejo area. We especially love the deep jungle setting with lots of birds and monkeys. Very quiet even though it is a short walk from the main road. Easy to catch a Tuk Tuk to town every evening for dining and entertainment. . Beaches are very close also. We will return next year. 🥰

I can not recommend Angel’s Villa (in the Villas of Punta Uva) enough. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The house is situated in such a lush area that is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It is in a small community of 5 houses, but Angel’s Villa was very private and quiet, and so surrounded by foliage that you couldn’t really see it from the parking area. There was also a locked gate, so it felt very safe. Linh was very responsive to my many questions about the area and was helpful in suggesting activities, restaurants, etc. Both she and her husband were very friendly and made us feel right at home (her husband even went above and beyond, spending about an hour pulling my rental car out of a ditch😬). The area: Punta Uva Beach is a short five minute walk from the house. Puerto Viejo, the nearest town, is about 5 miles north. There, we found many boutiques/souvenir shops, and a plethora of amazing restaurants. This was a 10/10 find!!
