Fresh and modern house in the center of Jondal, Hardanger

We rent out our nice house located in the center of the beautiful village of Jondal, in Hardanger. The house was finished in early 2020. It is located 100 meters from the beach and has a beautiful view of the fjords and the mountains. There is a short walking distance to shops, cafe and transportation and more. Jondal is an eldorado for outdoor enthusiasts with summer ski centers and Bretursar on Folgefonna, many nice hiking opportunities in the mountains and swimming and fishing in the fjord. It's also not far from where the trip to Trolltunga starts

Semi-detached home was new in the summer of 2019. It is beautifully located on the fjord edge of Torsnes. The holiday home is fully equipped and has panoramic views of the fjords and mountains. At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments. This is one of them and is one of them. The smallest unit is in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

The cabin is reached via a path of about 1 km with 150 metres of altitude gain. The hike is steep and takes 15–30 minutes; light luggage is recommended. Best suited for 2 people, but has sleeping accommodation for 4. The cabin has electricity, piped water from a nearby stream and a toilet. There is no shower. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Small, charming house from 1850. Refurbished in 2025–2026, we have tried to remain faithful to the old style. Here you can enjoy the silence, wake up to the sound of birds singing and the sound of the waterfall, which you can see from the house. You can take a dip in the fjord a few metres from the house, or relax with a good book. With a view of the waterfall, the fjord and a large, lovely garden, this is a perfect starting point for great nature experiences in beautiful Hardanger.
