You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. Choose from TV or big screen projector for best movie experience. Mibox gives you several apps for streaming. Wi-Fi is available! The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hob, a convection fryer and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. Electric vehicle charging available at a small cost.

The house is completely secluded in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is located approximately 10 metres from the property. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd, which is beautifully located surrounded by fields and noble deciduous forest. From the house, you can see the beautiful view of the lake. Relax in the peace and quiet, enjoy the starry sky and birdsong and pet the cute pigs. Our small cottage is situated on an ecological farm just outside of Jönköping city. The house runs on sustainable energy from solar panels. The house has one bedroom with double bed and two big closets, a kitchen, a living room with Sofa Bed and a bathroom. There is unlimited free parking and it's easy to reach the city. The nature surrounding the house is beautiful and relaxing. Check in and check out time is flexible.
