Nice apartment with gated security. No need to be right down town when the city is small like Chiclayo.

My daughter Carli and I really enjoyed staying at Luis and Marisol's house. They are incredible hosts, super friendly and with a sense of humor that made us feel at home from the moment we started💗. Everything was perfect, from our arrival to farewell. Always attentive, with good music that gave a special touch to the place, and taking care of even the smallest detail. We loved that they offered breakfast and the view of its terrace to the sea, perfect for enjoying the sunset, which is hard to find elsewhere. My daughter spent a lot of time working remotely there, and the environment was ideal for that. If you are an animal lover, you will love their pets, Oliver and Luna, who are super quiet and adorable. It was a real pleasure, and we hope to see you again soon!

Recommended!!! The place is clean, the rooms clean, hot water. Very kindly we were allowed to use the washing machine and then I liked that it had an insect system. As a suggestion, I would like for a next opportunity to provide the option to have more sheets. Otherwise we had a good stay :D

My wife and I stayed for just under 3 weeks. Additionally my mother in law stayed with us for 10 days. What immediately was reassuring was how fast and responsive Marcos was with every single question or concern. He was consistent from pre-booking to checkout. My primary concern prior to booking was being able to have fast & reliable internet for work purposes. Marcos & I discussed in detail the specifics of his internet service. I run 3 data heavy applications simultaneously & everything worked as fast and reliably as he said it would. The apartment is modern & fresh. Two giant screen tvs, an air conditioning system, 3 bedrooms and an office. The kitchen has everything you need, showers are great, toilets flush powerfully. We had a flawless and excellent stay and were really sorry to leave! I can't recommend Marcos as a host and his apartment strongly enough. Whether it's work, or a short a stay, you're going to love it. I look forward to returning.

Everything is fine, with everything you need to have a good time as a family. We felt at home. A quiet and safe neighborhood, you can sleep peacefully. The host responded and resolved all our questions in a timely manner. We recommend it.

Jose was a great host, he did far on what we expected. This is a great place to stay, closed to the beach(walking distance). I will stay here next time in town.
