The flat and the resort are delicious. Requested staff, all organized and exactly as described. Sergio is a very attentive host, helped us in what we need, with quick replies and very kindness. We love the experience and we will definitely be back.

Paulo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: renovated, decorated and clean. All items mentioned in the listing were available in the apartment. And honestly, on the days of my rental, I didn't miss any furniture, appliances, or utensils. I've had the opportunity to see the pool's apartments, and I certainly say that it's more worthwhile to rent Paulo's apartment (much more comfortable and renovated). The complex is excellent for the family. The ground floor restaurant serves coffee/lunch/dinner meals well. The beach is very close and has an excellent structure. Finally, I emphasize the attention and proactivity of the host, always available to answer any questions.

Gustavo's place is excellent. The communication was very good and the apê corresponds to what is in the photos. The restaurant is very tasty (it is much more worth than the food of the Maremonti). Flat near the beach, ice available for cooler, beach service, swimming pools. All great!

Host is very polite and thoughtful. Mr. Antônio received us very well, always helpful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, with everything close by: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy… very convenient! The only point that deserves attention are the elevators and the process for removing the car from the parking lot at the time of departure. But I believe that this is due to the great movement due to the national holiday. Overall, the place fulfills what it promises and is really worth it!

Wonderful experience, we were in 4 people and the flat served us perfectly with great comfort…Just as in the photos and descriptions, close to the beach and the building has a wonderful condominium with swimming pools and full leisure area, also has beach service and a restaurant in the building that made our stay very much easier, I highly recommend and would return!!!

Me and my family , we love the stay. Mariuza very helpful , answered all the questions, assisted us on our arrival . The Flat was impeccable, is well located one block from the beach, we do not use the car for nothing, everything very close, market, pharmacy, shopping (everything) . Super recommend

The apartment corresponds to the photos, everything needed to cook, the view from the balcony is amazing, and communication was quick and easy. I already knew the condominium and whenever I can stay there. It is very quiet to sleep, as it is high floor and the mattress is very nice. District areas good for tour and close to all amenities.

It was simply perfect, we loved the condominium, the location, played table tennis, we used the bathtub, we went to the beach and to the mall on foot!! Maripê is an excellent hostess and very kind, we will definitely go back!!

The apartment is a delight, spacious for 1 couple. The view from the balcony is wonderful facing the sea. Comfortable bed, bath with delicious water pressure. I even think the photos don't show everything good about the apartment. Secure building with gate 24 hours. Parking via valet. I highly recommend the stay.

We love the stay. Great location, exactly one block from the beach. Very polite and flexible host with schedules. Very polite reception staff. The only point is that the pool appears to be much larger in the photos and is very rasinha, 1.10 of prof. But it did not impact my use. Overall, we like it a lot!

Apartment between the beach and the main avenue of the city. It was all tidy and clean. Wendel always responded very quickly, and was very requested, left some drinks in the fridge for us. The apartment has great windows (which are filmed, so those on the outside do not see inside the apartment) and contain a protective screen, for me it was a relevant point because I took a dog and he reached the window. My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment has an amazing sea view directly from the balcony, which already makes the experience unforgettable right away. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with a rooftop pool that also offers a spectacular view. Everything is very well organized and regulated, which conveys security and comfort. The location could not be better: in front of the beach and located in Canal 3, that is, in the heart of Santos, with easy access to the main points of the city. The room was extremely clean and well cared for, and host Patricia was super attentive throughout the stay, always willing to help.
