The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. Don't have your own cottage? No problem, we will be happy to welcome you to ours in Hrabětice in the Jizera Mountains. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will find the cottage near the Severák ski resort and at the starting point of the Jizera Magistrale. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

Roubenka Wintrovka

Roubenka Wintrovka is a cottage from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, which has undergone a demanding overall reconstruction in recent years. It is ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. Inside you will find a stylish interior with an impressive atmosphere and modern features to ensure maximum comfort. The three four-bed bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses. A fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and dishwasher is ready for any culinary adventure. There are two bathrooms with a shower.

The cottage is south-facing and, thanks to its location, offers privacy on the back terrace. When you relax on it, the sun shines on you all day long and you can enjoy the sound of a nearby flowing stream with a weir in addition to the view. The nature around is a balm for the soul and the forest just behind the cottage is fabulous.

Nearby are the Lucifer and Tanvaldský Špičák ski resorts, Lučany swimming pool, Josefův Důl dam, Jára Cimrman Museum, Wooden Toys Museum, Jewelry Museum... Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

We invite you to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.
