Our property has multiple sets of steps, and uneven, rocky terrain, so the property is not suitable for individuals with any mobility issues or young children.

Ruby Fox River Retreat is a cozy, tidy, upstairs studio with kitchenette in a serene rural setting right on the Applegate River. The studio has a bedroom with comfy queen bed, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony with a sitting area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and everything to make your morning coffee or tea. As our guest you also have access to the lower part of the property across the lane for river access and picnicking in a park-like setting.
