Come and unwind in a peaceful, cosy cottage with your family, friends, or even a small work team. The cottage is in a quiet location, but still close to the activities and entertainment on offer in Himos. The nearest downhill ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the ski resort is about 6 km away. At weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 metres away, so it’s easy to go for a morning swim. There’s plenty to do all year round!

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. It's easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. The bright and spacious cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of otters frolicking in the water. You can also see a beaver family at play in the nearby area. The separate sauna building also offers a beautiful view of the lake. A warm welcome to Joutiainen, a peaceful holiday village in the middle of nature! Step into the world of our renovated townhouse, which opens up to the delightful forested lake views of Puttolanselä. In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

Joutsenlampi

Relax with the whole family in this quiet lakeside terraced apartment. The entire area is built for holiday use. Beautiful outdoor, berry picking and mushroom picking areas all around. The beach is natural sandy, shallow and child-friendly. From the apartment you can admire the magnificent lake landscape with its sunsets. There are also two tennis courts in the area for guests to use, note: bring your own rackets and balls. Swings for children on the beach. You have two adult bicycles and a rowboat.

The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Lakeside 90 min from Helsinki

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.
