Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an enquiry. Additional fees will be charged from the 17th person.

Quiet two rooms with large loggia, kitchen, bathroom

Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with two single beds (both rooms are equipped with a TV), a bathroom, and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right outside the front door, Inn cycle path and the Unterer Inn recreational area nearby. The overnight price is for two people.

The property is located in a small residential area with a few houses and plenty of greenery, meadows and woodland in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Country house in Julbach

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
