Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and spacious. There is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen downstairs. There's also plenty of room and sleeping space on the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the comforts of modernity, and the large windows open up to a great lake view in two directions. In the warmth of the fireplace, it's lovely to watch the Northern Lights and listen to the silence. Welcome!

Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Welcome to enjoy your stay as our guest at Ukkohalla. A clean and well-equipped cottage for rent in a quiet location, very close to services and activities. The cottage is located a stone's throw away from all activities. For example, the ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski trails and sledding routes 150 m away. A PADDLEBOARD IS INCLUDED IN THE COTTAGE RENTAL. Charging an electric/hybrid car is possible at low power and for an additional fee. 17 EUR/day

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
