Porotieva - Reindeer Retreat Lakeside

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Elämyslaavu ja rantasauna erämaajärven rannalla

Koe Lapin luonnon rauha ja yötön yö ainutlaatuisessa lasiseinäisessä elämyslaavussa erämaajärven rannalla. Majoitus pedattuna 3:lle, omissa makuupusseissa yöpyville jopa 5 makuupaikkaa. Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Wooden cottage by the lake. Enjoy peace and quiet, explore the surrounding woodland, pick berry or try fishing. Woodland trails for hiking and mountain biking. Rowing boat. Lake share is shallow and suitable also for children. Electric lighting and heating. Outdoor Sauna by wooden stove. Hot and cold water (drinkable) from tap. Air conditions (living room and both of bed rooms), Fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and hobs. The nearest market in Posio 20 km from cottage.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
