Bright, modern, functional and very quiet accommodation (in a cul-de-sac with children's games). Located only 50 m from Golf International and 800 m from Fontcaude Spa, 20 minutes from PALAVAS and 7 km from MONTPELLIER city center. This one-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of the villa where I live, with completely independent and private access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because in the basement. But adjustable, powerful lighting brings great comfort.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest
