It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

In the heart of the city center with its shops and less than 100 m from the tourist office. Accommodation at the back of the yard in a private residence and secured by badge with its independent entrance, terrace and private parking space. For one night or a long stay, you have a bedroom with a 160×200 bed (bed linen provided), separate toilet, shower room with bath towels and washing machine, equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
