The cottage has a garden, picnic table, trampoline and a BBQ. Centrally and nationally located near Amsterdam (30 km), Leiden (6 km) and the North Sea beaches (10 km).

A Surla Houseboat is a sailing summer residence. This Surla is located 30 km from Amsterdam. Our water villas are fully equipped, 100% ecological and self-sufficient. Luxury, comfort and respect for nature come together here. From April/May on the houseboat is docked on open water. This houseboat is built in 2023. We'd love to welcome you as guests on our Surla houseboat to create beautiful memories with this unique experience.

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking inside, no parties and no pets.
