Walter has a beautiful place with awesome views of the sunsets. It is remote, so you definitely need to get a car. Great recommendations for food. Walter was very friendly and super responsive for anything we needed. One thing to note for future renters, the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are slatted for increased airflow. This does make sound travel, so privacy within your group may be limited.

We loved staying here. It is close enough to walk into Kona but still very private and peaceful. If you don't want the walk back after dark, you can get a Lyft for about $10. The house is perfect. They have thought of everything and it is a home away from home. It was spotlessly clean. We wished we could have stayed for longer. Stuart was the perfect host and the lanai was a truly wonderful space to relax. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again.

Very safe location and beautiful neighborhood. 20 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room for 3 couples. The host was very responsive to questions about the area and codes for the house.

Jason was an amazing host. House looked just like the pictures and you can tell it is well kept. He was quick to respond when I had any questions.

Love the space, it was clean and fresh. The layout is spacious. The host was responsive and allowed a late check out which was helpful. One thing to note. There is someone staying in the Garage which looks to be a full time tenant. Created an awkward feel for out door living, sharing the patio etc.. All in all a good stay, we would book again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Devorah's house. Devorah was gracious, and her house was amazing. Plenty of space for my huge family. The house was perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood that's easy to find. House is as described with a great pool and lots of room. We recommend and will return on our next trip to Kona, Hawaii.

The home is clean and beautiful near Holualoa galleries, coffee, and restaurants. We enjoyed the relative quiet away from the Kailua-Kona tourist area. The only surprise we had were loud roosters throughout the night/early AM.

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Even with a last minute double booking, they were accommodating and made the space work very well for us. They were always a text away, and very responsive. Close to what we needed, but also not in the middle of town where it was very busy. Thank you!

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

helpful host and nice house. Everything is perfect except for some cockroaches intruders. Highly recommended for those who love immersive experience in nature but also want to be close to amenities like restaurants and stores.

Lovely little place with beautiful surroundings. Older than appears in pictures but very clean. Very limited space to cook and fridge is quite small but there is a bbq and outdoor seating which was great. Hosts were friendly, attentive and always responsive. The pool is lovely and the nearby bay is close walking distance . The hosts live on the property full time and work from home so they are present and around most of the time. They were very respectful and were not nosy in the least but something to be aware of. Their cat and dog are wonderful and will visit you if desired.

The place was very clean with lovely ocean views! We enjoyed our stay, though we did wish trash disposal was included and we didn't have to take it out ourselves.

it was our second time staying at Karina's place and it felt as though we were right at home! the elevation was perfect and we did not need air conditioning and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night lulled us to sleep. Karina's place is a great location from which to explore all the wonders the Big Island has to offer!

Great place in downtown Kona! Walkable to good restaurants and beach. For us, a nice last stop before heading off to the airport!

The place was nothing short of amazing. Great location where you can walk to shops and food in Kona Town & the ocean within a minute or two. Pool and hot tub for the inn was a 5 second walk as well and super easy to access for when you just want a quick dip or some impromptu hot tub relaxing. Chris also was extremely helpful and quick to respond and I couldn’t come up with any complaints if I tried. The condo did feel slightly smaller than expected at first but we found it to be the perfect size for two people no problem.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean, well outfitted, comfortable beds, and a quiet air conditioner and ceiling fans. Also, they provide a late edition "Hawaii Revealed" book and multiple snorkel and fish guides and a large Big Island map. Despite just two countertop stove burners, they have a great Weber BBQ (love it). Also a French Press for morning coffee along along with a four cup coffee maker. The location is 1/2 mile north of Kahalu'u Beach (beautiful snorkeling), 1/2 mile south of Magic Sands (bodysurfing) and a couple miles south of downtown Kailua-Kona. Park on the grassy strip squeezed between the bike/running path and the rock wall directly across the street from 77-6572 Ali'i Drive. The parking spot is 50 feet south of the intersection with Queen Kalama Avenue. Check the satellite layer on Google maps if unsure. The convenient entry gate will be right there. We highly recommend.

We really loved our stay with Brian and Linda. Great location, close to downtown area. The yard was private and nice to have access to. We had some ocean toys and the nicest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Would recommend!

Great host and an amazing cute little space!

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

We had a great stay. Our kitty had a great time watching the birds and hunting for geckos. The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. Rosalba was the best host we have ever had, helping us out with a last minute change in our stay. She communicated with us regularly and everything was very clear. We stayed at this unit 3 years ago when we first landed on island. It was a perfect place for us as we waited to get our home to set up.

We needed a place to stay last minute for a few days after a flight cancellation. Rosalba's place was well-reviewed, well-priced, perfectly located, and communication was fast and easy. It was a comfy place for my husband, my teenage daughter, and myself. It was very close to Magic Sands Beach and we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella that were available to use. The description and pictures were spot on. Communication was great. I highly recommend.
