Built from recycled materials, a repurposed spiral staircase takes you up the multiple levels of The Treehouse to a secluded living space nestled between the trees. Kick back in the canopy, swoop on the swings or shoot down the slide. This self-contained treehouse is powered by renewable energy and is only a short drive to New Plymouth, local beaches and the mountain.

Welcome to The Stay on Egmont. Nestled in the quiet Egmont Village at the base of our Maunga, the road to the mountain is straight out the gate. The cottage is a quiet retreat 10 mins from New Plymouth city. Wake up to the call of Tui and the sound of a stream running outside. Only a 10 minute drive into New Plymouth and beaches, 5 mins to the Egmont National Park. The Village hosts a cafe, petrol station, large mountain bike park, NZ's largest Holden Museum with luge and mini golf.

Hangout by the firepit area, relax in the private sauna, unwind in the spa bath or refresh under the outdoor shower. With a covered outdoor patio area, enjoy sunset dinners with a view of Mount Taranaki. Located on the back section of our property, this private tiny home is only a 5min drive to scenic beaches, coastal walkway and restaurants and cafes of central New Plymouth.

Light and Airy in Oakura

A lovely, modern getaway that's lovely to come home to after a day at the beach or sightseeing around the region. Adrienne's place is comfy and cosy and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. You can cook in or eat out in one of the local restaurants which are all walking distance. There is also a FourSquare about 200 metres away for your convenience. The northern end of the beach and Oakura River can be accessed a few hundred metres away.

Coastal Walkway Studio

Nestled a leisurely 2-minute stroll away from the beach and Coastal Walkway, lies an elegantly designed self-contained studio, complete with a covered outdoor space. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the Coastal Walkway, a 13.2km trail that boasts breathtaking views of the sea. 5 min drive to airport, 10 min drive to city, 2 min walk to Coastal Walkway and beach, 2 min drive to public 24/7 laundromat and local shops.

We are two minutes from Lake Mangamahoe Walking track and Mountain Bike park, you can be in New Plymouth in ten minutes and be up North Egmont in 15 minutes. Our beautiful cottage is perfect for a couples or small families. Enjoy an amazing view of Mt Taranaki out of the bedroom windows. We provide towels, face cloths and all bed linen.
