Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Villa Harmony - Apartment LEX - by the castle

Furnished two-room ground-floor apartment 2+kk, size 40 m2, is located in a historic villa - Villa Harmony, from 1910, in a quiet neighborhood, near the castle and the Jelenka park and parking lot. The apartment includes a room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a room with two separate beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and an anteroom. The bathroom with toilet is pass-through when going to the second room - it is located between two rooms.

This small oasis of tranquility is one of three mini cabins in a micro forest resort, yet within walking distance to the town's atmosphere. You'll find a comfortable double bed made from 100-year-old reclaimed beams, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a compact bathroom with a shower and flush toilet.

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
